Russell D. Christian
Russell D. Christian received his Bachelor’s degree in History from The Catholic University of America in 2002, and his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in 2009. During law school he was a member of the Moot Court Board and clerked with the Clark County Public Defender’s Office. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Nevada.
Russell has significant experience litigating personal injury, workers’ compensation, insurance defense and commercial litigation matters. In addition he has successfully represented numerous individuals in Clark County’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Program.
Russell is an active member of the State Bar of Nevada and serves on the Lawyer Referral & Information Service (LRIS) Committee as well as an officer for the Entertainment Law Section. Russell has taught a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) course for the State Bar of Nevada on copyright Issues.
His areas of practice include insurance defense, premises liability, personal injury, worker’s compensation, commercial litigation, copyright, entertainment issues, trial work and alternative dispute resolution.
