Bruce William Kelley received his J.D. with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1993. A member of the Nebraska Law Review, Mr. Kelley was also selected to the School’s National Moot Court Team. Mr. Kelley is admitted in all Courts, Federal and State in both Nevada and California. Mr. Kelley is a member of the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Nevada as well as the Clark County Bar Association. Mr. Kelley’s primary community involvement centers around his work for the International Association of Special Investigative Units, an organization for whom he serves as counsel on a pro bono basis. Mr. Kelley has been recognized as an AV rated lawyer in both California and Nevada independently. Currently Mr. Kelley’s primary areas of practice relate to Insurance Defense, Insurance First Party, Insurance Bad Faith and SIU litigation. Mr. Kelley has also been involved in RICO litigation on behalf of his Insurance Company Clients.
