ROBERT A. WINNER, an administrative law specialist, earned his spurs as a trial lawyer in Nebraska before relocating to Las Vegas in 1993. He has been representing businesses, transportation companies, and people in courtrooms and administrative tribunals for over thirty years. With a varied trial practice, Bob has appeared in courtrooms throughout Nebraska and Nevada, handling a broad range of civil litigation, from employment and business disputes, to personal injury. Bob is A-V rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in English and history from the University of Nebraska in 1986, and his law degree from the University of Nebraska in 1989.
